I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided great support, which was perfect for my back and nerve pain. The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. We were even surprised with a tray of delicious pastries, courtesy of a kind chef. The location of the hotel was central and convenient, making it easy to access shops, transportation, and restaurants. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff provided impeccable service. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It was a comfortable walk to the Princess Theatre for the show we wanted to see, which was a highlight of our trip.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. I especially enjoyed sitting in a comfy armchair in my room. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Paul at the concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was a short walk to the Bourke Street mall and Emporium. As a Bonvoy member, I appreciated the extra benefits I received during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved being near everything that mattered. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile and handed a glass of bubbly. The hotel also had a premier room on the 5th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ferry harbor and waterfront restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the excellent service provided by Nick and Stella in the lounge. They made me feel right at home and were so sweet and genuine.

The staff, from the Bell Captain who remembered us from a previous visit to the genuine and warm front desk conversations, made us feel like friends rather than guests. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed that was hard to leave. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to the museum, old Melbourne jail, Lygon Street, Chinatown, and the CBD.
Nothing, all was good.
